For the Sleek Teeth music video "Endless," which I both directed and shot, I deliberately broke away from my signature style of highly calculated camera movements and clean, polished imagery. To match the psychological tone of the track, I opted for an entirely handheld, POV-style approach. The visual narrative captures a regular day out that slowly devolves into mystery, exploring themes of precognition and the haunting sensation of remembering something that hasn't happened yet. The experimental nature of the project continued heavily into post-production. To emphasize the feeling of otherworldly interference and fractured memory, I ran the digital footage through a physical VHS machine. By manually manipulating the analog deck at key moments, inducing tracking errors, tape distortion, and glitching, I was able to bake a tactile, unpredictable texture into the final edit that perfectly heightened the video's surrealist themes.
